We have covered calls written against one-third of our ICICI Bank (IBN) shares (Jan 2012 55). We added Almost Family (AFAM), K12 Inc (LRN), 3M Company (MMM), and GOL Linhas (GOL) to our watch list while removing AgroFeed (FEED), Caterpillar (CAT), Cresud (CRESY), Nutrisystem (NTRI). Caterpillar & Cresud were removed as they returned well above 40% each while in our watch list thereby increasing the valuations. AgroFeed (FEED) along with Nepstar (NPD) went the other direction and the performance was ~40% down – Chinese micro-caps have low valuation but continue to underperform due to other concerns. Our updated watch list follow – Almost Family (AFAM), Applied Materials (AMAT), Air Products & Chemicals (APD), Brown-Foreman (BF-B), BHP Billiton (BHP), Disney (DIS), Darden’s Restaurants (DRI), GOL Linhas (GOL), Goldman Sachs (GS), Home Depot (HD), K12 Inc (LRN), McDonalds (MCD), 3M Company (MMM), China Nepstar (NPD), Pitney Bowes (PBI), Procter & Gamble (PG), Rovi Corporation (ROVI), UPS Corporation (UPS), VF Corporation (VFC), and Waste Management (WM).
