One feature you don't mention is USB connection to a computer. This is a key feature if you want to do computer based recording (instead of relying on a MIDI connection which most computers don't have). At the lower end, especially, only the AP220 has a USB connection.
I noticed some inconsistencies in data on YPD-161 comparing to Yamaha official website. For example it has 128 polyphony.
